Ersin Tatar was born in 1960 in Nicosia. He completed his high school education in England, and attended Cambridge University where he graduated in 1982. He was an active member in the Cypriot Diaspora community in Turkey, and served as chair of the Istanbul Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association between 1997 and 2001.

İdris Güllüce was born in 1950 in Hasankale, Erzurum. After completing his primary education in Erzurum, he continued his education and working life in İstanbul.He completed his secondary education in Haydarpaşa Vocational High School and entered the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Yıldız Technical University. Afterwards, she graduated from the Department of Social Sciences of Anadolu University.

Hasan Rouhani was born in 12 November 1948, Simnan. He is the seventh President of Iran. He is also a lawmaker, diplomat and academician.

He was born in 1956 in Garmsar. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tahran. In 1975, he started to study in the Science and Technology University in Tehran. In 1989, he became a member of Civil Engineering Faculty of the Science and Technology University.

He was born in 1967. He received a bachelor’s degree in air science from King Faisal Air Academy in 1987 and a law degree from Beirut Arab University in 1993. He holds a master’s degree in public law (1991) and a PhD in law (2006), from Cairo University. He started his career as a fighter pilot and joined Qatar’s air force in 1987. He served as the President of the National Committee for Human Rights (2003-2008) and as the Minister of State for International Cooperation between (2008-2011) while serving as acting Minister for Business and Trade.

Mr. Gönül completed his master’s degree in public administration and local authority programme  at the University of Southern California after graduating from Ankara University Public Administration Department with a first rank degree in district governorship.
