Muammer TÜRKER ( General Manager of Security Affairs of Turkey Prime Ministry )
He was born in Kırıkkale in 1963. He graduated from Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1986 with the degree of public administration and assumed master degree in Political Science in Exeter University, England in 1992. He worked respectively as Hatay Kaimakam Candidate, Çankırı – Orta and Muş – Bulanık Kaimakam, Muş Deputy Governor, Department Manager of Education Chamber in Ministry of Internal Affairs, Head of External Relations and European Union Coordination Department, Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Transportation. He still serves as General Manager of Security Affairs of Turkey Prime Minister.
