AfDB ( African Development Bank )
It was established in 1964 in order to develop economic cooperation between independents African countries. In the first few years of its foundation; it did not accept any non-African members in order to protect itself from “neo-colonialism”. It has established African development Fund for the non-African countries in 1972. It has provided loans with low interests to the member countries through this fund. In 1982; with the changes in Bank status, it has permitted non-African countries to become members.
