Doç. Dr. Temel KOTİL

He was born in 1959. He finished his license in 1983 at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Aeronautical Engineering. He completed his post graduate at USA Michigan University Aircraft Engineering, his second post graduate and doctor’s degree at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has published many scientific studies. He was establishment manager of Laboratories of ITU Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Advanced Composites and co-head of department and deputy dean. He served as head of department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality APK. He appointed as General Manager to Turkish Airlines. He elected as executive board member to IATA in 2006.
