Prof. Dr. Emine Gürsoy NASKALİ ( Marmara University )
She graduated from Oxford University in 1973, assumed the titles of assistant professor from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at Istanbul Technical University in 1981, associate professor in 1984 and professor in 1991 from Marmara University. She conducted several studies and researches in Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bashkortostan and Siberia. Besides, she gave courses of lectures about Turkish Language in the universities of Oxford, Tehran and Helsinki. She carried out the posts of vice-rector of Marmara University, dean of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, manager of the Middle East Institute, chairman of the Discipline of Caucasian Cultures. She currently serves as chairman of the Discipline of New Turkish Language at the Faculty of Science and Literature at Marmara University.
