(Merhum) Cafer İSKENDEROĞLU
He was born on 4 July 1957 in Akçadağ, Malatya. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Malatya, he continued his non-commissioned school. In 1976, he graduated from Air Force Commandership as Aircraft Maintenance Officer.He served in Malatya and Eskişehir and retired from the Turkish Air Force in 1996. After his retirement, he founded a private company and continued his business life in construction sector. He is married and has 4 children. Cafer İskenderoğlu speaks English and Arabic.
