Emrehan HALICI
He was born in Konya and finished Konya Maarif College. He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate program in Middle East Technical University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. In the following years, he founded HALICI Company Group after he worked at the same university as an assistant researcher for a while.
Mr. Halıcı not only played an important role as a founder to METU Techno-City but also the first entrepreneur to found the first Techno-Park of Turkey through the METU-Halıcı Software Programming. Mr. Halıcı, who was elected deputy for Konya in the election period 21 and for Ankara in the periods 23 and 24, founded the Electronic Democracy Party and was elected as its first Co-Chairman.
Mr. Halıcı, who is a member of international MENSA community as well, is the founder and Chairman of Administrative Boards of Turkey IQ Foundation.
