Musa IŞIN
He was born in Adaklı, Elazıg, Turkey in 1968. He completed his early years of his education in Elazıg Akçakiraz Primary School, Elazıg High School and Ankara University Political Science Department.
His former duties are as follows: Candidate Governor for Erzurum City, Deputy County Governor for Erzurum-Askale, County Governor for Denizli-Balkan, Sırnak-Beytüssebab, Sivas-Gurun, Zonguldak-Caycuma, Konya-Kulu, Civil Inspector and Chief Civil Inspector.
He was also awarded with “Gold Service Medal” by Turkish Institution of Social Services and Children Protection in 2005. In 2011, Mr. Işın studied public administration as part of his “Professional Program” and made certain researches in this field at Northern Illinois University. Recently, he was assigned to Agrı City as Governor, with a cabinet decree dated 16.02.2015 and numbered 2015/7295 when he was Secretary General of Turkish Domestic Affairs.
Mr. Işın, who is still the governor of Agrı City, completed both his English language and vocational training courses in the UK.
