Murat KARAKAYA ( General Manager of the Turkish Prime Ministry’s Press and Information Office )
He was born in 1973, in Çorum. He had studied Public Administration and graduated from Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University. He had earned his master’s degree in Public Administration from School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He had worked as an expert in Prime Ministry General Directorate of Legislative Development and Publication between 1996 and 2004. Later, for the upcoming two years he had worked with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gül at that time. He had been member to Committee for Restructuring Public Administration of Turkish Prime Ministry, European Union Membership Negotiation Team and Secretariat of OECD Turkey Regulatory Reform Report. Since 2010, He has been working as general manager of the Turkish Prime Ministry’s Press and Information Office.
