Şener KARTAL ( Copper Master )
He was born in 1960, Aybastı, Ordu. In 1976, His career as a copper master began in Fatsa, Ordu. He moved to Ankara in 1978. He had worked with various masters as an assistant master in Samanpazarı until 1983. He set up his workshop in 1985 and founded Kartal Copper Company in 1990. Besides old and new copper manufacturing, the company produces copper and brass souvenirs with wood, iron and wrought iron products. Kartal does his job with a great love and care. He also sees this job as a cultural heritage from our past so he tries to give the deserved value to it. He still works at his workshop in Samanpazarı, Ankara. He is married with three children.
