Dr. İsmail YÜKSEK ( the Rector, Yıldız Technical University )
1963 Çaykara, Trabzon, the Rector of Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ), Mechanical Engineer, Turkish Scientist.
He graduated from Yıldız Technical University. He is a faculty member of department of Mechanical Engineering and he has been continuing his academic life uninterruptedly. In addition to his studies at variety of different administrative tasks at the University, he served as a consultant at Small and Medium Enterprise development Organization (KOSEB) and Istanbul Chamber of Industry and member of the committee of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK).
He continues his studies at International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and TUBITAK. He served as the Vice President of Union of Turkish Engineers between 1999 and 2006. He is still a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Suleiman Shah. He was attended as a rector of Yıldız Technical University in 2008.
