Mehmet KILIÇLAR

1965 Taşpınar, Artova, Tokat. In 1984, He served as Deputy Governor of Sarıkaya and Haymana, Governor of Yağlıdere and Kavakçılar, Chief Inspectorate of Civil Service at Ministry of Interior and Representative of the Ministry of Interior as Chief Inspector of Civil Service at Prime Ministry Human Rights Presidency.

Mr. Kılıçlar was appointed as the Governor of Mardin and he was appointed as the Governor of Eskişehir. Mr. Kılıçlar was being attended General Directorate of Security, besides; he studied Public Administration in Japan. During his governorship, he managed two projects with the motto of “We hear you” and “Unhampered Eskişehir”. Mr. Kılıçlar, married and a father of two children, has fluent English.
