Kenan ÇİFTÇİ ( Kütahya Governor )

Born in Düzce – Gümüşhane in 1965 and graduated from Faculty of Politic Sciences in Ankara University. He completed his master degree on Urban Planning in Selçuk University Faculty of Communication. He started the civil service as a candidate kaimakam in Kırklareli Governorate in 1989 and had served as kaimakam in the districts such as Pozantı, Çat, Eskipazar, Ardeşen, Bismil, Akşehir and Yeni Mahalle. In 2010 he was appointed as Governor of Kütahya. He has been studying his PhD in communication bridge model used in the solution offer of Governors and Kaimakams’ communication with public at Selçuk University Faculty of Communication. He is married and has four children.
