Vladimir PUTIN

He was born in 1952, in Leningrad (Saint Petersburg). He finished his license at Leningrad University, International Department of Law, in 1975. He completed his post graduate in economy field. He was senior officer at university administration and city government, intelligence services and Security Council. He served as a president in Russia Federation from 2000 to 2008. When his term of office expired in 2008 he gave his place to Dmitri Medvedev and became Prime Minister of Russia. In his period Russian economy has been reached fast growing figures, central authority has been strengthen and a reform has started in armed services.
