Kadri GÜRSEL

He was born in 1961, İstanbul. He started journalism in new agenda newspaper in 1986. He upheld tasks as editor and chief editor in institutions like Cumhuriyet, Güneş, Sabah newspapers, Nokta magazine, Artı Haber magazine, Agence France Presse. He was kidnapped by PKK in South-Eastern Anatolia in 1995 and he transferred his observations of this period into his book “Dağdakiler”. He was assigned as chief of foreign news after serving as chief editor in newspaper Milliyet where he works since 1998. Also, he is still a columnist in Milliyet.
