İbrahim ŞAHİN

He was born in 1962, in Amasya. He finished his license at Ankara University, Faculty of Law. He served as attorney, head of the crisis management center secretariat at Ministry of Internal Affairs and ministry consultant at Ministry of Transport. He was general manager at PTT from 2003 to 2005. While he won the first prize with the topic of “using foundations effectively and reducing the costs” in 2004, PTT is ranked as the 38th at the Turkey Tax Championship List. He was undersecretaries at Ministry of Transport. He has been general manager of TRT since 2007.
