Dr. Ramazan ALTINOK

He finished his license in 1988 at Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He completed his doctor’s degree at Adnan Menderes University, Department of Economy and Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East Department of Local Administration. In 2003 he worked on developing e-state, strategy and policy within SPO and Prime Ministry.  He was in the projects like e-Turkey Project, OECD Turkey e-State Study. He became the President of Prime Ministry e-State Group in 2007. He was also coordinator of e-Legislation Group which set ups legal substructures of e-State. In his academic studies he focused on e-state, public and human resources management. His studies about making Turkey as e-state referanse at the region still continue.
