Dr. Hasan Basri GÖKTAN

He was born in 1951 in Kayseri – İncesu. He finished his license in 1973 at Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture as an agriculture engineer (m.sc). He became general manager of Şekerbank T.A.Ş. in 1993. In 2002 he took over chairmanship of the executive board of the same organization. He has published books about economy, modern banking, central bank – treasure and 5 April decisions.
