Büyükelçi Halil AKINCI

He was born in 1945, in Muğla – Ula. He finished his license in 1967 at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Foreign Relations. He served in the diplomatic field as prothonotary, consul, department manager, head of department, ministry consultant. He has been senior official of NATO secretariat and “Directorate General of Middle East, Caucasia, Slavic Countries”. He served as General Manager, Responsible of Mutual Political Affairs of Former Soviet’s Geography, Ljubljana and Ambassador of New Delhi. He participated in important meetings and studies about related regional states. He appointed as Moscow Ambassador at 2008.  He elected as Secretary General of Turkish Council at 2010.
