Büyükelçi (E) Murat BİLHAN

He was born in 1942, in İstanbul. He finished his license at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. He was department manager of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UN and Department of International Organizations, president of Department of Eastern Europe and Asia, department head of General Directorate of Information. He was the clerk of Tehran Embassy, consul of Stuttgart, undersecretary of USSR Moscow and East Berlin Embassy, consul general of Benghazi, Nurnberg and Salonika, President of Health and Welfare Department, consultant of Ministry, consultant of TGNA Foreign Affairs Commission. He is still the Vice President of TASAM, lecturer at Istanbul Culture University and director of Foreign Policy Platform.
