Hüseyin Avni MUTLU

Mr. Hüseyin Avni Mutlu, born in Fındıklı – Rize in 1956, is married with two sons.  Having graduated from Law Faculty of İstanbul University, he started his duty as Candidate District Governor of Kocaeli in 1985.  After having served, in order, as Acting District Governor of Gerede in Bolu and Kargı in Çorum, he was appointed as the first time District Governor of Büyükorhan in Bursa. He went on education on English Language Training in United States between 1991 and 1992. He performed his public service as District Governor of Silopi in Şırnak between 1992 and 1994, and Deputy Governor of Şırnak between 1994 and 1997. He was designated as District Governor of Eceabat in Çanakkale between 1997 and 2002 and continued his service as Deputy Governor of Çanakkale city between 2002 and 2003. Later on, he was appointed as District Governor of Bağcılar in İstanbul between 2003 and 2005. Having been designated as Governor of Siirt between 2005 and 2007, he was appointed as Governor of Diyarbakır city in 19 September 2007.
