Doç. Dr. Şule TOKTAŞ ( Kadir Has University )

She was born in Manisa in 1972. She graduated from the Department of International Relations of Bilkent University. She completed her master’s degree in the Women’s Studies Programme in Middle East Technical University. And she received her doctorate degree in the Department of Political Science of Bilkent University. She continued her researches studies in the Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies in Italy. When she came back to the country, she participated in the academic stuff of Işık University’s Department of International Relations.  In 2008 she was appointed as a lecturer in the Kadir Has University. She has written two books on the subjects of human smuggling and Syria-Afghanistan. Her scientific articles have been published in many international magazines. Her studies are rewarded with the championship in the category of “Scientific Leadership” in the contest for the 10 successful young people of Turkey in 2008. She is single and has a daughter.
