TOKİ

TOKİ ( Housing Development Administration of  Turkey Prime Ministry )

TOKİ was established in 1984 in order to solve problems of housing and urbanization problems and to diminish unemployment through increasing productivity. Its function has been determined as to encourage the housing production sector and to supply housing demand within a planned manner. It has been the most important foundation in determining and implementing housing and settlement policies since its establishment. It provided financial support for 950 thousand houses and completed construction of 43.145 houses until today.  Successful projects and works conducted by TOKİ have contributed to solving housing and urbanization problems.
