Prof. Dr. Ali L. KARAOSMANOĞLU

Academician, Professor, Lawyer and Foreign policy expert, Researcher-Author. It is also known as Ali. L. Karaosmanoğlu in some sources and books. He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lausanne with his thesis on “Coercive and Non-Coercive Military Actions of the United Nations”, and his thesis was awarded the “Fondation Fleuret”. He has received research fellowships from The Hague International Law Academy, Fulbright, and NATO, and has worked as a visiting scholar at Stanford and Princeton Universities.
