Osman TURAL ( General Director of the Ministry of Post – PTT )
He was born in Samsun in 1964. He graduated from the Department of Public Administration in the Faculty of Political Science of Ankara University. He was, in turn, appointed to the Prefectures of Durağan, Alacakaya, Yedisu and Karaisalı, Deputy-Governorship Of Sivas, Head Department of General Directorate of Civil Defence, Head Department of General Directorate of Local Administrations, and Ministry of Transport’s Advisory Committee. In 2003 he was appointed to the General Directorate of the Ministry of Post as the member of administrative board. In 2005 he became the General Director of PTT and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is still working on this position. He is married and has 4 children
