Hanefi AVCI
Born in 1956 in Karabıyıklı village of Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş, Hanefi Avcı started his education life at Karabıyıklı Primary School in the village where he was born. He finished secondary school at Karşıyaka Secondary School in Gaziantep and high school at Police College in Ankara. Then he studied at the Police Institute and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1980, which he entered for undergraduate education.
