Dr. Hakan FİDAN
He was born in Ankara in 1968. He graduated from the Army Communications School (1986) and the Army Language School. He’s married. He did most of his academic studies during his tenure at TAF. He served abroad in the Intelligence and Operations Directorate of the NATO Rapid Reaction Corps in Germany. During this period, he received bachelor’s degrees in Political and Management Science from the University of Maryland University College and master’s and doctorate degrees from Bilkent University Department of International Relations after returning home.
