Dr. Bayram NAZIR<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>He was born on 01.07.1967 in G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane. He attended primary school in the village of Yukar\u0131 \u00c7ay\u0131rard\u0131. He completed his secondary and high school education in G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane. He won the Department of History at Atat\u00fcrk University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 1987 and graduated from this department in 1991. He earned his master&#8217;s degree in the same year. In 1993, he finished his master&#8217;s thesis titled \u201cAdjarians in the Ottoman-Russian Wars 1774-1829\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In 1993, he started to work as a Research Assistant at Y\u00fcz\u00fcnc\u00fc Y\u0131l University, Faculty of Education. In the same year, he started his doctorate at Atat\u00fcrk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Modern Ages.
