He completed his master\u2019s in Turkish Islamic Philosophy at Istanbul University too. He wrote his doctoral thesis on Philosophy of Religion at Sel\u00e7uk University. He worked as a lecturer at Gaziantep University and as a research assistant at Harran University. Between 1996-1999 he served as the Assistant Professor at Sakarya University. Between 1998-1999 he was the Head of the Department of Pedagogy of Sakarya University and then he obtained the title of Associate Professor Doctor between the years of 1999-2004. In 2004 he assumed the title of Professor at the same university.
