Arif \u015eAYIK graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1995. He holds a master&#8217;s degree in Public Administration from the Indiana University School of Environmental and Public Affairs in the United States and an another master\u2019s degree in Economic History from Marmara University.<\/p>\n<p>Arif \u015eAYIK started his career as an assistant expert at the Prime Ministry in 1997 and served as the legislative consultant of Deputy Prime Minister Bekir BOZDA\u011e between 2011-2012. \u015eAYIK has been serving as the Secretary General of Ankara Development Agency since September 10, 2013Arif \u015eAYIK is married and has three children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He was born in 1972 in \u00c7orum.
