He finished primary and high school in Erzincan. Then he graduated from Turkish Language and Literature Department of Ataturk University. He worked for Dergah Publication. Entering into arts world by the articles he wrote in \u201c<em>Fikir ve Sanatta Hareket<\/em>\u201d journal, Mustafa Kutlu undertook the editorship of the journal for a period. He also wrote in many journals, such<\/p>\n<p>He took place in broadcasting council of Turkish Language and Literature Encyclopedia which has published in 1976.
