Isparta- G\u00f6nen School Teacher in 1984, later in 1988, he graduated form A.\u00dc. SBF Department of Public Administration. He worked at the Ministry of Finance and Custom from 1990-1994. Candidate of Hatay District Governor between 1994-1997. Served as District Governor of Yozgat Province Ayd\u0131nc\u0131k District, between 1997-1999. Served as the District Governor of Pazaryolu in Erzurum between 1999-2001. Served as the District Governor of Savur in Mardin between 2001-2003. Served as a Deputy Governor of Kahramanmara\u015f between 2003-2006. Since 2006 He\u2019s been serving as Chief inspector of the Civil Service . During the period of his Distric Governor candidacy he received he took vocational training in foreign language education in England for 8 months from October 2005 to May 2006. He was educated in North Illinois University \u00a0fors six months where he was sent by the Civil Inspection Board of Presidency, and had a vocational review.
