He completed his early years of his education in Elaz\u0131g Ak\u00e7akiraz Primary School, Elaz\u0131g High School and Ankara University Political Science Department.<\/p>\n<p>His former duties are as follows: Candidate Governor for Erzurum City, Deputy County Governor for Erzurum-Askale, County Governor for Denizli-Balkan, S\u0131rnak-Beyt\u00fcssebab, Sivas-Gurun, Zonguldak-Caycuma, Konya-Kulu, Civil Inspector and Chief Civil Inspector.<\/p>\n<p>He was also awarded with \u201cGold Service Medal\u201d by Turkish Institution of Social Services and Children Protection in 2005. In 2011, Mr. I\u015f\u0131n studied public administration as part of his \u201cProfessional Program\u201d and made certain researches in this field at Northern Illinois University. \u00a0Recently, he was assigned to Agr\u0131 City as Governor, with a cabinet decree dated 16.02.2015 and numbered 2015\/7295 when he was Secretary General of Turkish Domestic Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. I\u015f\u0131n, who is still the governor of Agr\u0131 City, completed both his English language and vocational training courses in the UK.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He was born in Adakl\u0131, Elaz\u0131g, Turkey in 1968.
