He had graduated from Department of Political Science and International Relations at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University. He earned his Master\u2019s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. He is currently doing his PhD about national security at the Institute of Security Studies at Police Academy. His PhD thesis is titled as: \u201cRadicalization Processes of Members of Terrorist Organizations: The Example of Al-Qaeda in Turkey\u201d. He had worked at Institute of Public Administration for Turkey and Middle East (TODAIE) through 2002. In 2003 he was appointed as deputy tax inspector to the Ministry of Finance; in 2004 he was appointed as assistant expert and in 2007 he was appointed as expert to the Prime Ministry. Between 2009 and 2011; he had worked as interim expert at State Inspection Board of Presidency of Republic of Turkey. Since 2012; he has been working as the general secretary of Promotion Fund. Besides he has been working with various non-governmental organizations. He is also a member of board at Association for Human Values and Chairman of Sahipk\u0131ran Strategic Research Centre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He was born in Bal\u0131kesir, in 1979.
