Being a member of Executive Board of Turkish Asian Center for Strategic Studies, \u00d6zkan has been carrying his studies as a director of the Institute of Political Communication and the Institute of Public Diplomacy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zkan is member of Turkey\u2019s Strategic Vision 2023 Science Board which has been continuing his studies under the auspices of the office of Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. He is also a member of Turkey Union of Writers and of Association of Journalist and has permanent yellow press card. \u00d6zkan has honoured as honourable mention at the competition of 2003 Kadir Has Awards and has a degree of success from the Competition of Scientific Research titled as \u201cTurkey and European Union\u201d organized by Istanbul Commercial University.
