Mr. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7lar was being attended General Directorate of Security, besides; he studied Public Administration in Japan. During his governorship, he managed two projects with the motto of \u201cWe hear you\u201d and \u201cUnhampered Eski\u015fehir\u201d.
