After he was graduated from Department of Literature at Bursa Training Institute he started his career as a teacher in Halkap\u0131nar. He studied Department of Turkish Language and Literature at Anadolu University in 1991. After working on it for 30 years, he completed \u201c\u00d6t\u00fcken T\u00fcrk\u00e7e S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u201d in 2006. He started to write Turkish Language magazines such as Yeni S\u00f6ke Gazetesi, Be\u015fparmak, Sar\u0131zeybek and \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131. He received letter of commendation for his work named \u201cS\u00f6ke\u201d from the Ayd\u0131n Governorate. He also received certificate of honor for his work named \u201c\u0130stikl\u00e2l Mar\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Tahlili\u201d from S\u00f6ke Chamber of Commerce. He was elected as \u201cthe first sycamore of S\u00f6ke\u201d with his studies in the field of education and research across S\u00f6ke. He was awarded \u201cY\u00f6r\u00fck Ali Efe Prize\u201d by Ayd\u0131n Municipality and Ayd\u0131n Provincial and District Educational and Cultural Foundation. He was awarded with a plaque for \u201c\u00d6t\u00fcken T\u00fcrk\u00e7e S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u201d by his friends in 2007. \u00c7a\u011fbay\u0131r received appreciation plaque from the board of trustees of Cultural Centre Foundation in 2008, \u201cHamdullah Suphi Tanr\u0131\u00f6ver Cultural Centre Cultural Gifts\u201d from Head Office of Turkish Centre and \u201cHulusi Ak\u015fit Special achievement award\u201d from Community of Ayd\u0131n Journalists.
