He completed his master degree on Urban Planning in Sel\u00e7uk University Faculty of Communication. He started the civil service as a candidate kaimakam in K\u0131rklareli Governorate in 1989 and had served as kaimakam in the districts such as Pozant\u0131, \u00c7at, Eskipazar, Arde\u015fen, Bismil, Ak\u015fehir and Yeni Mahalle. In 2010 he was appointed as Governor of K\u00fctahya. He has been studying his PhD in communication bridge model used in the solution offer of Governors and Kaimakams\u2019 communication with public at Sel\u00e7uk University Faculty of Communication.
