He completed his post graduate at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University, Department of Political Sciences and International Relations. He completed his first doctor\u2019s degree in the Political Sciences field and second doctor\u2019s degree at Socioeconomics of Development field. He took his associate professorship from Department of International Relations. After ten years experience in the Energy Sector, he worked as a lecturer in Do\u011fu\u015f University. He studied on energy, economy and sustainable development in the organizations like UNDP and TASAM, worked as editor, writer, arbitrator and member of editorial board.
