He was general manager at PTT from 2003 to 2005. While he won the first prize with the topic of \u201cusing foundations effectively and reducing the costs\u201d in 2004, PTT is ranked as the 38th at the Turkey Tax Championship List. He was undersecretaries at Ministry of Transport.
