He served in the diplomatic field as prothonotary, consul, department manager, head of department, ministry consultant. He has been senior official of NATO secretariat and \u201cDirectorate General of Middle East, Caucasia, Slavic Countries\u201d. He served as General Manager, Responsible of Mutual Political Affairs of Former Soviet\u2019s Geography, Ljubljana and Ambassador of New Delhi. He participated in important meetings and studies about related regional states.
