He also has studied on \u201cDevelopment and Infrastructure\u201d at Bradford University and \u201cPublic Administration\u201d at London Royal Institute for Public Administration.\u00a0 He has worked in State Planning Organization as Vice Chairman of Permanent Delegation on European Community and Undersecretary, and has been elected Bursa deputy.
