He went on education on English Language Training in United States between 1991 and 1992. He performed his public service as District Governor of Silopi in \u015e\u0131rnak between 1992 and 1994, and Deputy Governor of \u015e\u0131rnak between 1994 and 1997. He was designated as District Governor of Eceabat in \u00c7anakkale between 1997 and 2002 and continued his service as Deputy Governor of \u00c7anakkale city between 2002 and 2003. Later on, he was appointed as District Governor of Ba\u011fc\u0131lar in \u0130stanbul between 2003 and 2005.
