He worked as an expert researcher and lecturer in the Institute for European Studies of the University of Brussels and the International Strategic Research Center between 1989 and 1996. In 1991 he worked as the rapporteur in one of the study groups for Maastricht Treaty debates. He is still working as the European Union Representative of T\u00dcS\u0130AD (Turkish Industrialist\u2019s and Businessmen\u2019s Association) and as the permanent delegate of T\u00dcS\u0130AD and T\u0130SK (Turkish Confederation of Employer Association). He is the member of board of directors of the Junior Chamber International-Europe. He continues his studies at the Institute for European Studies of the University of Brussels as an academic member of it. He has written numbers of scientific articles.
