Numan HAZAR

After graduating from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1966, he started working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He became the Private Secretary of the Presidency General Secretary Haluk Bayülken between 1977 and 1980, and the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidency in 1980. He worked at the Turkish Embassy in Nigeria (1995-1998). Ministry of Foreign Affairs consultancy, Organization of the Islamic Conference and African Countries Coordinator (1998-2000), Bilateral Political Affairs directorate general (Africa and East Asia, Pacific) (2000-2001), He held important positions such as the permanent representative of the Council of Europe (2001-2004) and the permanent representative of UNESCO (2004-2006).
